Qblinks Warranty & Return Information

Limited Warranty

The warranty obligations of Qblinks Inc. for Qmote are limited to the terms set forth below:


This limited warranty covers defects in components and factory workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase of this product.


This limited warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to repair work or alteration by a person or facility other than those authorized by Qblinks.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper packing and shipping, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to inclement weather conditions, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in components and / or factory workmanship of this product. This limited warranty does not cover batteries, cartons, accessories used in conjunction with this product.

This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Qblinks product used in connection with this product. This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the Product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Qblinks product, even if packaged with or sold with the Product.

Making a Warranty Claim and Exchange Policy

Before contacting Support, be sure to check our Support pages. If your problem is still not resolved, call our Support Team using the methods listed at the Support Contact page. If we are still unable to resolve your issue, and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, our Support Team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement, or at our option, or repairing. The owner has to return the unit without damage, and ship it to the designated address at the owner's own cost (insurance and shipping charges prepaid). Once the unit is received, Qblinks will, at its discretion, ship a replacement or repaired product to you. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Qblinks Support. Qblinks reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability.) Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the original date of purchase.
